We will keep you posted, and if you see anything odd in your accounts or data, please write to support@twitalyzer.com right away.

We are very, very happy to announce that Twitalyzer version 5.0 has finally graduated from BETA into production! The new version has been rebuilt from the ground-up based on hundreds of pieces of customer feedback so we hope you’ll like what you see.

To get started you might want to review our version 5.0 notes over at our new Customer Support Portal:

Getting Started with Twitalyzer 5.0

A few important things to note for those of you who have been with us for awhile:

Prices have gone up, but you are forever grandfathered at the price you have been paying as long as you keep your account active. If you cancel you will have to pay the new pricing.

We can still get you version 4.x reports if you need them. Please email us directly on that.

We do expect some bugs to appear from time to time … and we apologize for that. If you find them don’t hesitate to let us know!

Many of the free reports we had made available are not “for fee” reports only, including the Metrics Dashboard. This was a business decision we needed to make … we hope you understand!

Most of all we want to make sure that our long-standing customers are as happy with version 5.0 as we are. We believe the new app is a BIG leap forward for Twitalyzer and will allow us to do A LOT of new, cool things with the data we collect. If you have ANY trouble or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime:

We are on email at support@twitalyzer.com

We are on Twitter at @Twitalyzer

We have a new discussion board and knowledge base

You can call us between 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific (GMT -8) at (503) 564-8849

We will try and blog more in the coming days with more information. Until then, Happy Twitalyzing!
